The Sustainable City Yiti

The Sustainable City is a residential complex with 500 villas on 46 hectares of green land in the Al Qudra Road area, a 20-minute drive from Al Maktoum International Airport. The buildings are built from environmentally friendly materials. This is Dubai’s first zero-energy residential project. 2,500 tall trees were planted along the border of the residential complex.

30 minutes to the airport. From the residential town of The Sustainable City, there is a convenient exit to the Al Qudra Rd highway. Sheikh Zayed Rd is 20 minutes by car. It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive to Dubai International Airport and 24 minutes to the new Al Maktoum International Airport.

The Sustainable City residential complex has everything that a modern person needs for a comfortable life – the multifunctional center Sustainable Plaza houses shops, cafes, medical clinics, classes for children, beauty salons. A school was built for young residents, a hippodrome was equipped for residents who are passionate about equestrian sports, and outdoor enthusiasts can ride along the lake and green flowering alleys along the bike path.

In the Sustainable City project, it is possible to choose villas with 3 and 4 bedrooms. Residents of the project can grow vegetables and fruits thanks to 11 bio-domes that are reserved for urban farming. These green islands create a peaceful environment and help you grow your own organic food for the family table. The Sustainable Plaza multifunctional center houses shops, cafes, medical clinics, classes for children, and beauty salons.
