Eco-community. The Sustainable City Yiti is the world’s largest sustainable community located in Muscat, featuring eco-friendly apartments and energy-efficient villas. 264 villas will be located in the West cluster and 36 in the East cluster. Villa owners can relax in the public pool and private garden.

30 minutes to Muscat city center. The Sustainable City – Yiti project is being built on the coast of the Gulf of Oman with access to Yiti Street.
